On Wednesday November 20th the TBU will be hosting their bi-annual Maternity/Parental Leave workshop at the District Office, starting at 4:30pm. This workshop is intended for those members who are currently expecting, or are hoping to expand their family in the near future. A light dinner will be provided.
Topics covered include how to access this type of leave, relevant Collective Agreement terms, the financial considerations and impacts of this type of leave, benefits, and more.
